I previously attempted to get service done and left without even dropping g off my vehicle. I was told I had an appointment but when I showed up was told my ID4 would take longer than 1 day and there were no loaner vehicles available. I left without service. The recent service was communicated well, a loaner vehicle was available, and they had my ID4 for three days in order to handle all the recalls. The service department was great and the communication was professional.
