Prices are exorbitant for routine service with lots of add-ons being thrown in without discussion at all until the bill is due. Dealership uses some sort of text message video system to try to upsell maintenance, which wasn't even discussed when declined. Felt like bait and switch upsell, I actually will never go back to this dealership over this new system and the interaction.
