Valentin has been quick to respond to concerns or issues I’ve had with my car. He is proactive and responsive to concerns and has always worked to get my car repaired with efficiency. I have been to multiple VW Service centers within a 50 mile radius and this is the only one I will continue to bring my car to. Valentin values his customers and works to ensure satisfaction.

First of all I’m gonna star by saying this was my first time coming here. I’ve had bad experiences in other Volkswagen locations. But this one was it for me the bad part is that it’s just far away from me since I’m coming from Chula Vista. Wish it would have been closer but it’s fine. The person that helped me in service was William! He was presentable helpful and honest and that’s good because that goes a long way wanting to recommend to friends and family. Sometimes people just don’t care and say whatever, but he was honest about everything that my vehicle needed and what was wrong with it. and the recommendations for future problems to avoid. I’m glad they offer to help out with students discount specially, in the California economy right now everything‘s expensive so willing to help out even a little it’s something better than nothing. The manager at service was presentable and aware of everything and not forgetting about his customers, making sure to check up on my car if it’s ready and that’s also a plus because don’t forget , other Volkswagens location just don’t care enough now a days. Over all experience was a 10/10! For sure recommend! Also if you need a car detail for your car they have a special for $150 and it’s inside and out and let me tell you that I got it and made my car look brand new. So if your in a budget, you should hurry up because I don’t know when the offer ends! My car that I took in for service is a Volkswagen Tiguan 2018 just in case who ever is reading this is curious of the car I got serviced there.

I want to say that working with William was great. He was a real help and I greatly appreciated it. The reason I took a star off is because one of his colleagues (your employees) while in the lobby as I was checking out made some unfriendly remarks towards a certain ethnicity. It was just the three of us there but it was uncomfortable. I’m not confrontational but I also told him “well, who wouldn’t try for a discount?” Not cool at all.

Everyone at the service department is super friendly and helpful! William was my service advisor, and walked me through every step of the way to make sure my car was up to date on its maintenance and taken care of.

Lee was great. From the moment we arrived for our appointment and throughout the service process, he kept us informed every step of the way. Lee took the time to explain what was going to be done, made a couple suggestions and said he’d check out a concern we had regarding the ignition lock. A couple hours later, he called to say one recommendation had been done at a prior service and the low mileage since then did not service yet. However, he did check out the ignition situation and gave us a fair estimate to repair, which we had done. The job was completed in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the servicing and repair jobs on our Beetle. And we REALLY appreciate the car wash and vacuuming of the car’s interior. A 10+ for Lee! - Mike and Mindy Hartshorn
