    They resolved the issue to my satisfaction. VW needs to keep dealers informed that older houses (over 10 years old) might need a 30 amp outlet to charge at home.

    Went in for a software update for my id4. Brought it in at 7:30am and was told later that day that they wouldn't have it ready until the next day. They didn't even plug the car in until mid day. Then the next day they send me an automated text that the tech was done around 9am but i couldn't get any service reps on the phone until the afternoon. Finally they told me that my original service rep was out sick and essentially no one had bothered to check his queue to see what needed to be to be done. No apologies or anything. They obviously dont care if people are without a car for a day or more.
