I am over 80 years old and often am frustrated with service providers. William was courteous, went beyond helpfulness, did all that I asked, perhaps even more, and I actually felt from beginning to end that he sincerely had my best interests in mind. I have worked with William previously and my reaction was the same. I return to Carlsbad VW very specifically because of his willingness to listen, help and be pleasant while doing so.
