It took over a month to get a gasket installed on my 2018 Tiguan. Val kept explaining that the service department was understaffed. I did have a loaner Taos for 5 days. It stunk so badly, I had to spray it often.

I got a recall letter from VW and called you to set up an appointment. It was set and when I arrived ichecked in ans went tto the waiting room and then I was told the part need to be ordered and I would get a call when it arrived. I got a call and the part was in house and it was installed at that time. No problem! So, why wasn't the part ordered when I made the first appointment and then I had to come back almost 2 weeks later?
