I was pleased with being able to make a same-day appointment to get my battery replaced. 5 Start there. The only thing I would say was not as I expected, is the amount of hours I was charged to change a battery. Most places will replace the battery with no labor cost if you buy from them. But I understand this is a dealership and you would get charged a bit of labor. The duration of this performance was marked as 2 hours on my invoice. I could not imagine taking 2 hours especially since I dropped off the car around 2:20 pm and got a call at 3:45 that the car was ready! I could see an hour of quality time spent to change the battery but 2 hours was a bit shocking. Other than this I would have had all 5 start for this visit.
