I still haven't received a copy of document of my service appointment or the work that was performed on my vehicle. I don't know the status of the things that are wrong, including the confirmation of the oil change; the phone charging pad that gets hot and stops charging, the brakes making a lot of noise, the heater blowing cool air, the "radio" part that was supposed to be replaced- we believe that was replaced however nothing on the radio works as it did before and AirPlay doesn't connect.
