I bought a 2024 atlas from AutoNation. Volkswagen Carlsbad bought this car less than a week ago and couldn’t be more disappointed by my car by an experience. On the paperwork and all of my impression the car had 10 miles on it when I got on the highway to go pick my daughter up from school after purchasing the car and got about 4 miles away. Realized there was actually almost 90 miles on the car. An 80 mile difference!!!!! A lot could happen in 80 miles and that changes how I feel about the price I paid and the warranty I have. I called to inform the sales manager, and he did not seem bothered to find this out. Even though this voids are contract and I’ve been speaking to Lawyer about what the best move may be. Within 30 minutes of leaving with my brand new car. It was discovered that the AC button on the second row was completely stuck, not allowing me to use anything except for full blast cold air back there I had to take my car in to another Volkswagen dealership the following monday Two days after buying the car and leave it with them so I didn’t even get to enjoy my new car for over 24 hours after purchasing it Before having to take it in and leave it with the dealer. At this point, I feel like I was sold a lemon and very disappointed with the entire experience and Volkswagen AutoNation of Carlsbad has done nothing to rectify any of these problems except for a very lackluster verbal apology.
