I went in for a recall and an issue with the car navigation system. The navigation problem required a part replacement. My car was just over the warranty mileage, and the service technician (Willian) discussed with the warranty manager to try to cover the cost under warranty, noting that I was a long time customer with them and he wants to help me as much as he can. Thanks to his effort, I will be paying just a small deductible to have the repair work done. Thank you!
