Good afternoon, I would have preferred to write this message after my situation had been fully resolved, but I believe it is important to share my experience regarding a verified purchase. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has not been very positive. This is my third purchase with AutoNation, and through these experiences, I've learned to try to streamline the process. The vehicle delivery process is rather underwhelming. It would be wonderful if the delivery took place in an attractive setting, with the car covered as a surprise. At the very least, one would expect the vehicle to be clean and freshly washed, which was not the case for me. Furthermore, the car was not in optimal condition upon delivery. It has significant scratches, and the paint appears to have been tampered with. The sales manager, Thom, has been rather unresponsive and cold. The only person who has been helpful is Alex. My sole request is to have my vehicle issues resolved. Alternatively, while repairs are being made, I would greatly appreciate being provided with a car to use in the meantime. I will update this review once my request has been fully addressed. Sincerely

My service adviser, Will (William), is the reason I return to VW of Carlsbad. This guy is a real gem. Treats me like a queen! I had to return after a warranty defect was fixed and I had a little problem. Made sure to get my car fixed ASAP. Really appreciated it.
